We got a woom bike for my 5 year old, and I really wanted to love it. It’s super light, and yeah, it looks great, but the sizing just didn’t work out the way I expected. The size chart seemed fine when we ordered, but once he was on it, the seat and handlebars felt awkward. He kept leaning way too far forward, and then after just a short ride he was saying his hands hurt. We tried adjusting it a bunch of times, and it still never felt quite right. For the price, I just expected it to be more comfortable right away, or at least easier to dial in...

The bike showed up packed really well, which I definitely noticed right away. I’ll admit I mostly focused on the parts of the instructions that looked important and skimmed the rest, but setup was still straightforward. The brakes took me a little longer to get dialed in, though the instructions helped once I actually paid attention to that section. Overall, I’m happy with it...

They were really great help with our warranty. Got our issue fixed fast and there was no hassle at all, which was a nice surprise.

I ordered from woom.com, and to be fair, the bike itself showed up in great shape. No complaints about the actual product, it looks good, was packed well, and my kid was excited about it.

What annoyed me was the shipping. The wording on the site made it sound like things would move along faster than they actually did, so it felt a bit misleading. Tracking basically sat there with no updates for a few days, and I ended up having to contact support just to figure out what was happening.

It did eventually arrive and nothing was damaged, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. But the delivery experience was definitely more frustrating than I expected, especially when the timeline sounded more straightforward than it turned out to be

I got this woom for my son i feel good about the choice. He rides it almost every day, and I’m happy I’m not dealing with a beat-up bike already. It’s light, feels sturdy, and we haven’t had any issues so far. For what I paid, I’d say it’s been worth it for us...
